Welcome to Gosamara Apartments

All apartments are "Family Friendly" and therefore group bookings are not accepted without prior arrangement with the on-site managers.

Deposit and Final Payment

50% of the Tariff is required for the Deposit, and is payable at time of booking by (EFT) Electronic Funds Transfer, Credit Card, Cheque or Money order (NB: a valid credit card number is required for all bookings).

The tariff stated on the final letter of confirmation will be considered the agreed tariff & negate any previous quotes. For the dispute of any considered inaccuracies.

Balance is payable on arrival. We accept Debit Card, Master Card, Visa.. Please note we do not accept cheques as final payment without prior arrangement. Any balances outstanding 48 hours prior to departure may be automatically deducted from the credit card supplied, and considered an express check-out unless otherwise arranged with management

Cancellations

All cancellations will incur a $200 administration fee, and within 30 days, no refund will be given. If the booking is not cancelled the full tariff will be charged to the credit card supplied, as the apartment/s will be held unless otherwise notified.
Cancellation of "Peak / Christmas / Easter / School Holiday Season" bookings will forfeit the total deposit paid, and these bookings are non-transferable.
No refunds will be given on Early Departure, and any outstanding balance will be deducted from the credit card provided.

Checkins-Checkouts

Check in is after 2pm

Check out is strictly 10am (Late check-outs may be charged at an additional nights accommodation).

Keys

Keys that are not returned will be charged to your credit card at $50.00 each

Pets

Although much loved, pets are not allowed in holiday apartments.

Cleaning

Apartments must be left in a relatively clean & tidy condition on departure, rubbish must be removed and dishes are to be washed up and put away to avoid additional cleaning charges. If the apartment is deemed "un-rentable" for any fair reason a standard nights accommodation may be charged to the credit card provided.

Smoking

All apartments are deemed non-smoking in any internal areas, without exception, ash trays are supplied for guest use in external areas only. Where management determines the presence of any smoking residue in any apartment, a $300 additional cleaning charge will be applied to the credit card supplied.

Behavior & Additional Charges

Management reserves the right to evict any person/s from the premises immediately and without notice, or refund for any disturbances or unruly behavior causing disruption to other guests, or in accordance with the conditions stated in the guest registration form, at time of check-in or on acceptance of keys, and as deemed necessary by the manager.

Management also reserves the right to charge guest for all damages and breakages, lost keys, missing items, late departure, extra cleaning, and unpaid expenses. Any additional charges will automatically be charged to the credit card provided on booking, following at least one attempt to contact the credit card holder.
Only the designated persons on check-in are permitted to stay in the apartment/s, any additions to this may be charged the average nightly rate for the duration of the booking, and all occupants may be required to leave the premises.

We will not be responsible for any interpretation or misunderstanding about the premises booked and our cancellation policy will apply. Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notification.

At all times we, Gosamara will endeavour to accept all bookings that are made through our website, however we have the right to cancel/reject a booking at any time. You will be notified of any changes/amendments to the booking by us and we will always try to give you an alternative option.
